Georgia carries one of the heaviest HIV burdens in the country, and Black Georgians carry the greatest share of it. Total Life Care Center exists to close that gap with care that meets patients where they are — confidential, respectful, and without judgment.

Labs are run on-site, so rapid HIV screening results are available during your visit. Full STI panels typically come back within a few business days, and we'll contact you confidentially.
PrEP is a daily or injectable medication that dramatically reduces the chance of getting HIV. Our clinicians review your history, run baseline labs, and start you the same week when it's a fit.
Yes. Every visit, lab, and conversation is protected health information. Nothing is shared without your written consent.
Come in anyway. Our medical case manager helps patients navigate coverage, assistance programs, and payment options so cost isn't the reason care stops.
